Life is an adventure... hopefully shared. There are so many experiences to write about and endless imaginary tales. At the heart of these stories, is my love of the outdoors — the mountains and the sea. When you throw in some conspiracy and romance, the entire world becomes an exciting tale. Stories of surfing, sailing, and skiing entwined with murder, intrigue, and love.
A Bit About Me
My Story
Growing up in the remote parts of Ethiopia and Kenya gave me a keen sense of adventure and an appreciation for an exciting book. I gained a degree from the University of California Santa Cruz and dove right into scientific research and learning to windsurf. I also competed in surf kayaking and windsurfing and somehow became a surf kayaking champ for a few years. After supporting my water sports habit with my science career for fifteen years, I embarked on the next grand adventure of having children. I live on a small island off the southern coast of England with my husband, daughters, and two dogs, Yogi and Bear.
I am so excited to share my adventures, both imaginary and real, with my readers.
